About these terms

These terms apply to the SNOWZZY online store and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Using our store

Provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, harmful code, or interference with the store or other customers. You are responsible for activity conducted through an account you create.

Product information and orders

Review the product description, specifications, included items, price, and availability before ordering. Product images are illustrative; colors may vary by display. A general category image does not establish the exact features or accessories included with an individual product.

If we identify an error affecting your order, such as incorrect pricing or product information, we will contact you to explain it and seek your instructions. We will not substitute a different item or impose an additional charge without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange the applicable refund.

Prices and payment

The price and currency displayed for the selected item and any applicable charges shown in the order summary should be reviewed before you place the order. Payment options are those actually offered by the store. We do not promise a payment method that is not displayed.

Shipping

Shipping is available within the United States only. Standard shipping is free. Processing takes 1–2 business days, with estimated transit of 5–10 business days after dispatch: a total estimated delivery period of 6–12 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Customers pay standard return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Exchanges are accepted. See our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.

Warranty information

Do not assume a uniform warranty applies to every product. Coverage, if any, must be verified for the specific product and purchase. Our Warranty Information page explains how to request the relevant information. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services and privacy

The store is hosted on Shopify. Third-party websites or services linked from the store may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how to contact us about personal information.

Updates and contact
