Before ordering, contact support@snowzzy.com with the exact product title and model number if warranty coverage is important to your decision. Rely on the written terms confirmed for that product, not a general category image or an assumed brand warranty.

Help with a product issue

For an existing order, provide your order number, model and serial number if available, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs. We will explain the available next steps after reviewing the details. Do not ship equipment for service without instructions.

Returns and statutory rights
